The left lane of northbound Interstate 5 will be closed from 6 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, to Sunday, Aug. 16, between Samish Way (milepost 252) and Iowa Street (milepost 254). The Iowa Street on-ramp to northbound I-5 will close from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15.
