πŸ”Š Listen Β· narrated by Aiden

Multiple Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) projects affecting Tri-Cities area highways will continue through mid-September, according to public records.

SR 730 between US 12 and the Oregon state line will have flagger-controlled alternating traffic Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. until September 18. Chip seal work on SR 240, SR 014, and SR 241 will end September 4, with alternating traffic Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. SR 124 will remain closed between Bolles Road and Coppei Ave until September 18 for environmental remediation.

Drivers should expect delays and backups during work hours. WSDOT advises following posted detour routes for the SR 124 closure. The environmental remediation work on SR 124 is expected to end September 18 at 10 p.m.
