Tri-Cities Roadwork Updates for August 2026

WSDOT announced several road closures and maintenance projects starting this week in the Tri-Cities area.

From Monday, Aug. 10 to Friday, Aug. 14, the northbound I-5 off-ramp to northbound Southcenter Parkway (milepost 154) will close nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for maintenance. The off-ramp to southbound Southcenter Parkway will remain open.

SR 169 will close both directions between Southeast 332nd Street and Plass Road near Jones Lake from Monday, Aug. 17 to Wednesday, Sept. 21 for 35 days of fish barrier removal work. Local access will remain available north and south of the closure.
